All items are made to order an will require payment before we can get started on your order. This goes for brand items as well as custom items. If you are seeking custom items write us on the contact us page until we can get the product designer installed for your benefit and creative mind.
Kanji Entertainment is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Once it is sent from our facility, if you have yet to receive it within the 3-7 business
days, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service.
Shipping:

If the order is placed before 6 pm,
you will receive an "ORDER READY FOR PICKUP" email that same day.
If the order is placed after 6 pm, you will receive an email for pickup the next day.
Please bring confirmation email/receipt and ID that matches your order.
USPS SHIPPING: Shipping & billing address should match when making a purchase.
Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided after items are
shipped. All orders are processed within 1-3 days before shipping.
If your order is placed on a holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
All Items are shipped by U.S. Postal Service and will take 3-5 business days
(Priority Mail) after the order is processed.
International shipping might require more processing time. In addition,
international shipping fees and taxes will be charged if
required by your local government.
